Growth happens differently in community.

Group coaching brings women together in an intentional space for meaningful conversation, guided reflection, encouragement, and shared growth.

Participants can explore common experiences such as burnout, transition, purpose, identity, leadership, motherhood, boundaries, faith, and the pressure to continually pour into others.

Each group experience is designed to help women gain perspective, strengthen healthy rhythms, and move toward restoration with the encouragement of community.

Learn. Reflect. Apply.

Rest to Be Restored workshops create interactive learning experiences where women can step away from everyday demands and intentionally focus on emotional, spiritual, and personal restoration.

Workshops may include faith centered teaching, guided reflection, journaling, meaningful conversation, and practical exercises participants can continue using after the experience ends.

Topics may include rest, renewal, burnout, boundaries, identity, life transitions, thought patterns, faith, purpose, and creating sustainable rhythms for everyday life.

You do not have to keep pushing through exhaustion.
There is room to rest, restore, and rise.

“Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest ...”
HEBREWS 4:11

Rest can become an intentional spiritual practice, not simply something you do when you're exhausted.

Ready to Make Space for Rest?

❦

You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step toward restoration is simply giving yourself permission to slow down, reflect, and make room for what you need in this season.

You do not have to solve everything today.
You simply have to make space to begin.
